I skipped altering my macros on Week 6. With other changes due to Coronavirus, like more work meetings and children doing home school, I didn’t need to add more to my plate. I’ll be changing things now; however. I have adjusted my macros to the following:
Calorie Target: 2300 kcal
Carbohydrate: 242g (42%)
Protein: 213g (37%)
Fat: 54g (21%)
I feel that sticking to this carb and fat target will be even more challenging. Sometimes it’s hard to stay under the target, but if I can I’m sure this is where I will see some of the biggest change to my body recomposition. One day at a time…
