12 Week Shred: Week 6

Week 6 Weight

I got busy and a little lazy, and got behind in posting my status. Today I’m supposed to post my Week 7 status, so I’ll need to add both. I did pretty well sticking to macros and remained consistent with workouts right before the gym closed.

My body compositions indicates that body fat % is slowly declining and that I have also put on muscle. This is a great sign. The stagnation of weight change therefore, is of no worry.

With the quarantine and now having to workout at home, we’ll see what the next week brings.
